Missing Story is a multipart video game primarily belonging to the puzzle genre. It is created using Twine and loosely follows the Choose Your Own Adventure format, as well as the First-Person Interactive Narrative format. 

The player plays Missing Story from the first-person perspective of an unnamed character who is looking for their partner Story. The player is tasked with following a path from their house towards a cave that appeared in a lucid dream and embarking on a discovery mission through the various cave passages, whilst solving progression puzzles and finding Story’s belongings.

You might want to keep a pen and paper handy when playing Missing Story - there is no map or visible inventory - it's easy to get lost in the caves.
